This traditional reflexology session balances all of the body systems: nervous, endocrine, lymphatic, respiratory/circulatroy, digestive, reproductive & muscular/skeletal. Includes warm towel wraps & softening balm. 75-minutes Feet, Face & Head ~ $75 Foot reflexology plus the indulgence of incredibly healing reflex points & massage of the face and head. Wonderful for those who crave total relaxation, but are not inclined toward full body massage. 45-minutes Face, Head, Neck & Shoulders ~ $45 Who knew how rejuvenating massage & reflexology of these key stress areas could be! Melt away the stress, leave with a smile. Fabulous stress reliever when you don't have much time to spare. Full Body Massage Release all your stresses & open yourself to healing with a full body massage/reflexology fusion with special attention to your particular stress areas. Essential oils are used to address your specific needs and enhance the healing process. One-hour/$65 or 90-minute/$90 sessions (other sessions lengths available-just ask!) Energy Balancing This gentle placing of the hands on points along the energy pathways opens the channels to promote healthy flow. You remain fully clothed during these sessions and no oils are used. (30 minutes $30, or 1-hour $60) Ayurveda Inspired Treatments Ayurveda is the practice of living in harmony with the earth, the elements, and the season. The following treatments borrow from the wisdom of Ayurveda using special herbalized oil sand techniques to provide deep relaxation and healing. Abhyanga ~ $65 A full body Ayurvedic massage using special oils to soothe your individual imbalance. This flowing massage detoxifies and rejuvenates the body allowing healing energies to move freely. If you are feeling out of balance, and are looking for a lighter touch, this is the therapy for you. Shirodhara ~ $70 In this Ayurvedic therapy, warm herbalized oil is poured in a stream over the forehead bringing a profound calmness to the mind. This luxurious oil is then massaged deeply into the scalp, neck and shoulders. The feet are also massaged in this therapy. Remaining oil is yours to take home. Sacred Stone Massage ~ $110 This Ayurvedic healing therapy includes a full body hot stone massage using special therapeutic oils. At your option, includes nasya and karna purna (oil therapy of the nose & ears). This therapy promotes deep healing and energetic grounding. Excellent during times of excessive stress, or at the change of season. |
