Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for deep relaxation that also promotes
healing. Reiki means "Universal Life Energy"; or the life force that supports
all living things. Reiki is a very gentle non-invasive touch therapy. During
a session the recipient is lying down fully clothed on a massage table. The
practitioner's hands are placed along energy centers found at the head, neck,
shoulders, chest, abdomen, legs, and feet. You may feel a subtle warm flow
of energy or tingling from the practitioners hands during a session. In
addition to deep relaxation, Reiki has been found to assist in reducing
anxiety, muscle tension, and pain. A Reiki session often leaves the recipient
with a profound sense of inner peace and well-being.

Foot Reflexology

A Reflexology session feels wonderfully soothing to your feet and can also
benefit the whole body. Reflexology involves the gentle application of
thumb or finger pressure at precise reflex points on the feet which are
believed to correspond energetically to all the organs and systems of the
body. Reflexology opens, clears and balances the flow of energy throughout
the body and is deeply relaxing as well rejuvenating. Clients often describe
feeling very peaceful, centered, and renewed after a session.

Massage Therapy

Hyper-busy lives stress our body, mind and spirit beyond their ability to
function healthfully. Massage therapy uses various techniques to manipulate
the soft tissue of the body to release stress, relax tight muscles, and restore a
sense of balance and wellbeing. Massage therapy interrupts the stress cycle
and begins the relaxation response. In this state of relaxation, the natural
wisdom of the body is free to promote healing and recharge energy reserves.
